Evernova LLC may ship products using United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, Fedex, and United Parcel Service (UPS). In the majority of the cases (95%), the USPS and UPS deliver packages on the estimated time frame given when the shipping quote is generated. Although we ship our product orders on the same day the order is generated (working hours 10am - 5pm, Monday thru Friday), USPS Regular Priority service and UPS ground service do NOT guarantee the estimated delivery date, it could take 1, 2, 3 days up to 1 or 2 weeks. Please if you need the products to be delivered on a specific day, select the option that will satisfy your need. There is USPS Priority Express and UPS Next Day Service that guarantees next day (1 day) delivery. Make sure that the USPS Priority Express says 1 day delivery when shipping estimation is generated, sometimes during high volume season, USPS Priority Express might indicate a (two) 2 day delivery. There is also 2nd Day Air service offered by UPS or Fedex. Please note that none of these delivery methods guarantee the time of the day the package will be delivered. Please make sure you choose the respective delivery service that will accommodate your needs.

When you make a purchase online, either a solid key or a locked padlock icon will appear in the lower right of your browser window. Returns & Replacements

Evernova LLC strives to provide world-class service to all our customers. We stand by the quality of our products 100% and guarantee your satisfaction. Evernova LLC will gladly accept requests for returns for any Evernova LLC products in case of defects, damage related to the shipment/delivery process, or if the received product is not consistent with your order. Before submitting a request for a return, please note the following:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained via our Customer Service department before shipping the product(s) back.
- Product(s) must be returned within 5 days of delivery date in order to be authorized.
- Return shipping and handling fees are not reimbursed by Evernova LLC and we regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and include a receipt.
- All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used when the purchase was made.
Refund
To ensure a timely refund, please follow the instructions below:
- Contact Customer Service at 1-305-747-1499 immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product and prior to shipment of the return item(s). We will process your request for return and issue a RMA number.
Please have the following information ready when calling:
- Name, address, phone number, and email address if available
- Where and when the product was purchased
- Reason for the return
- Copy of your receipt and invoice number
Prepare the item(s) for shipment placing the unused portion of the product(s) in their original condition and packaging.

Expedited processing of returns and credits are of utmost priority at Evernova LLC. If provided, you will receive an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.

In no event shall Evernova LLC... be liable for, and Customer shall indemnify and hold Evernova LLC...harmless from, any damages, direct, indirect, general, special, incidental or consequential, WHETHER RESULTING FROM Evernova LLC...NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, arising out of, in connection with, or resulting from the goods contract sold hereunder, and any and all claims, actions, suits and proceedings which may be instituted in respect to the foregoing, including without limitation those made by subsequent owners and users of the goods.
INDEMNIFICATION: Evernova LLC...shall not be liable for any property damage whatsoever or claims of any kind whether based on contract, warranty, tort INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION Evernova LLC...OWN NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, or for any loss or damage arising out of, in connection with, or resulting from, this contract, or from the performance or breach thereof, or from all services or goods covered by or furnished under this contract. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NOVA SKIN INC against any and all liability associated therewith whatsoever whether based on contract, tort, AND WHETHER RESULTING FROM EVERNOVA LLC... NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, including without limitation all claims made by any third party.
RESALE: Evernova LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, including without limitation any liability to or warranties made for the benefit of any third party, including without limitation any third party to whom Customer may sell or transfer the goods, which are the subject of this contract. Notwithstanding, the foregoing all the terms and conditions set out herein shall be binding upon Customer and all subsequent owners and users of these goods. Without limitation of the foregoing, however, the goods identified herein are sold subject to the condition that they shall not, nor any portion of them, by way of trade or otherwise, be lent, resold, or otherwise conveyed without similar conditions, including without limitation this condition, being imposed on the subsequent borrower, purchaser, or transferee.
In order to keep our prices the lowest possible, some exceptions apply, including a 15% restocking fee should the item be in a usable condition. Please see our Returns section for detailed information.
